Your order is made and processed over approximately 7-10 business days (excluding weekends). It takes approximately two weeks for you to receive your order. However, slight delays may occur. We are not obligated to issue a refund for delayed deliveries. We will provide the tracking number via email.

Once you place your order, please also check your spam folder for your confirmation email. Your order tracking number will appear online shortly after.

OUR SHIPPING RATES ARE AS FOLLOWS:

European Union countries : €20 (Free delivery on purchases over €300)

(Except Spain : Shipping €10 and free delivery on purchases over €300)

European (Non UE) : €25

 (Example: United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Serbia…)

Rest of the world / Outside Europe : €30

In the case of a return, once your item has been sent, the shipping costs are non-refundable.

TARIFFS – TAXES – CHARGES

For both free and paid shipping, you are responsible for covering any customs duties or taxes incurred when shipping to your destination. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.

Please do not refuse or lose a delivery. Unfortunately, refused or lost deliveries are not eligible for a refund. You will need to process your refund with the shipping company that lost your package. For reshipments, the customer is responsible for any applicable shipping costs.
